Greetings to all enthusiastic filmmakers! The upcoming 100th anniversary of the infamous Titanic disaster has inspired us to run a competition that is open to everyone! We want your interpretation of the event or of the 1997 film of the same name. There are a few simple rules to follow - - Your video is to be a maximum of 60 seconds long - We ask that you use no copyrighted material - No offensive material please - The video can be of any genre and style; trailer, documentary, spoof etc - Be as creative as you can - Have fun! Julian Fellowes, the creator of Downton Abbey, writer of The Tourist, Vanity Fair, and ITV's new Titanic series will be providing prizes for the winner.The competition opens on the 1st of January 2012 and closes on the 11th of April 2012. The judging will take place after the closing date and the results will be posted in the 18th of April. Send in your entry by creating a 'video response' to the competition instructions video. Good luck everyone!We are two young filmmakers at university in the UK. We love working together to put our imagination first onto paper, and then into film. Feel free to have a poke around, and if you see anything you particularly like -or dislike- don't be afraid to let us know! We hope you enjoy watching our films as much as we enjoy making them :)
